Job Description

Job Description:We are seeking a creative positive and engaging Classroom Aide/Assistant to support our early childhood teachers in the daily routines and learning activities of the classroom. This individual will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and organized environment that reflects our Catholic values and commitment to excellence in education. Start date is August 25 2025. Responsibilities include:Assisting the lead teacher in implementing daily classroom routines and activitiesSupporting students during instruction play meals and rest timeHelping maintain a clean safe and welcoming classroom environmentSupervising students in the classroom and during transitionsModeling respectful behavior and promoting a kind inclusive classroom communitySupporting faith-based learning and helping students grow in Catholic valuesCommunicating professionally with teachers staff and families as neededParticipating in school activities and contributing to a team-oriented environmentQualifications:Experience working with children in a classroom or early childhood setting preferredResponsible organized and dependableCreative patient and enthusiastic about working with young childrenAbility to follow directions and work collaboratively with a lead teacherReliable transportation requiredBilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to applyWillingness to uphold and model the Catholic mission of the school
