Training and Grant Partnerships Manager
Job Summary:
New Mexico Immigrant Law Center (NMILC) has an immediate opening for a full-time Training and Grant Partnerships Manager to strengthen and build alliances with over 40 strategic community partners develop materials for educational trainings and outreach provide training sessions to stakeholders across the state at a time of unprecedented need for immigrant rights education.
This position is meant for an individual who is experienced in immigration legal services a dynamic bilingual trainer and community educator with a close attention to detail to govern the formal aspects of partnerships such as subgrant agreements and tracking grant deliverables. This position will report directly to the Director of Program Quality Assurance and will also work closely with all of NMILCs teams to support all aspects of partner relationships.
They will be responsible for establishing maintaining and systemizing partnerships with community social service organizations community based organizations state agency departments and their contractors home visitors school districts and more. This individual will also be primarily responsible for creating appropriate and sustainable mechanisms for community outreach and training for services developing and customizing educational materials for different audiences developing and updating referral processes between partners developing relationships with all entities described and serving as the primary NMILC liaison with organizational partners in furtherance of partnership goals. They will also lead the implementation of all formal arrangements relating to partners such as MOUs subgrant monitoring co-designing and implementing related surveys and evaluation tools invoicing for training sessions grant reporting and tracking deliverables across all of NMILCs partnerships-related work. They will project manage at a high level the complex state-wide training initiatives involving many of NMILCs teams partners and grants.
