Job Description:
The purpose of this position is for students to participate in the color guard as part of the marching band and winterguard program. Rehearsals and performances for this program are outside of the school day.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the band director to select and rehearse the performance pieces
- Preparing students for a successful experience
- Responsible for students on rehearsal and performance nights
- Bookingfacilities and transportation
Minimum Requirements:
- 6 Performances
- 3 Adjudicated Event
- Additional after-school rehearsals as needed minimum of 2 per week
- Occasionalbooster meeting attendance
- Community and District performances are highly encouraged
- Ensure that all program and district policies are adhered to
SALARY:In accordance with the established salary schedule.
