Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Winchester
Up to 32000
Aztrum is proud to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based around the Winchester region. As the firm continues to grow they are eager to expand their team and bring fresh expertise to exciting new projects across the Residential Heritage Commercial and Educational sectors.
Youll work closely with experienced architects and designers gaining hands-on experience across all project stages from concept design to construction. If youre passionate about architecture and eager to take the next step in your career wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
- Contribute to the design and development of architectural projects
- Produce detailed drawings 3D models renders and visualisations
- Assist with planning applications and regulatory documentation
- Collaborate with the wider team to meet project milestones and quality standards
- Attend client meetings site visits and design reviews
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Conduct research on materials products and current design trends
Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification (or equivalent degree in Architecture)
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Solid understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies
- Strong visualisation presentation and communication skills
- A creative mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in sustainable and environmentally conscious design
