Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Palm Beach Gardens FL office.

Job Description:
- Handle a variety of family law cases including divorce child custody and support matters.
- Draft and review pleadings such as petitions answers and motions.
- Draft and review agreements including parenting plans prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
- Organize financial records and assist in discovery responses.
- Prepare for mediations and hearings.
- Conduct legal research and communicate findings effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of family law experience (open to new graduates with strong interest in family law).
- Exposure to marital and family law including drafting legal documents and organizing financial records.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida and a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
- Undergraduate degree in economics finance or accounting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to work well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented trustworthy and able to handle emotionally sensitive situations.
