Holman Honda of Fort Lauderdale is looking for a New Car Sales Manager to lead our new car department.
What Youll Do:
Lead and Develop the Sales Team
Motivate and support a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed goals.
Provide regular coaching training and feedback.
Foster a team culture focused on results collaboration and great customer service.
Drive Business Growth
Develop marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers.
Identify opportunities for growth through networking and customer relationships.
Monitor market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences
Ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
Resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Lead the team in upholding our reputation for customer satisfaction.
Manage Inventory and Planning
Work with the General Manager and manufacturer partners to ensure the right mix of inventory.
Use data to guide decisions on stock levels and vehicle selection.
Monitor aging inventory and adjust plans to improve sales and profitability.
What Were Looking For:
Proven success as a sales manager in automotive retail especially in new car sales.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to develop effective sales strategies and hit performance goals.
Knowledge of the car sales process CRM tools and industry trends.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High energy problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Must pass background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Regular Full-Time
We offer excellent benefits including health vision dental life and disability insurance and 401(k) with company match. Our time off benefits include Paid Time Off (PTO) paid holidays bereavement and jury duty. Temporary or Part-Time
In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $93020.00 - $134880.00 USD annually for full time employees.
