At JLL were revolutionizing HR through data-driven insights. Were seeking a visionary Lead Business Intelligence Developer to join our HR Data and BI team. In this pivotal role youll architect our next-gen HR data warehouse build innovative solutions and collaborate with the Workforce Insights and Analytics team to create analytical products that inform high-level strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Architecture and Development
  • Develop the next-generation HR Data Warehouse in Azure Databricks
  • Design and implement a data model supporting Data and Metrics-as-a-Service
  • Develop Power BI data sources and dashboards for key HR subject areas
  • Lead migration from legacy SQL server to Azure Databricks
Data Visualization and Dashboard Development
  • Create insightful self-service driven dashboards in Power BI
  • Design visually stunning dashboards for executive use
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
  • Work closely with Workforce Insights Analytics partners
  • Collaborate with analysts to identify data needs
  • Champion self-service BI adoption across the organization
Data Quality Governance and Process Optimization
  • Monitor and ensure data quality in the HR Data warehouse
  • Design and build governance framework
  • Support HR data requests promoting best practices
Leadership and Innovation
  • Spearhead adoption of AI and GPT tools to improve team productivity
  • Collaborate on implementing forward-looking solutions
  • Identify processes for automation and simplification
Mentorship and Team Development
  • Lead and mentor a global team of HR reporting analysts
  • Perform design and code reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Analytics or related field
  • 5 years expertise in BI data warehousing and HR analytics
  • Expert-level proficiency in Advanced SQL Power BI Azure Databricks and Python
  • Experience in data modeling ETL processes and data governance
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI and GPT tools
