Job Description

Manager Mixing compounder is responsible for ensuring safety being one of Goodyears most important values all actions and decisions must support a zero accident - absolute safety focus and culture. Provide technical expertise and functional experience to ensure product quality quality systems integrity process capability waste improvement and other areas of continuous improvement aligned with the targets and goals of the team. Implement & industrialize new compounds and raw materials ; and respond to quality and technical problems and issues. Key focus will be in developing new compounds reducing compound waste consistency in compound properties and knowledge about manufacturing process equipments.
