Job Description
- The Financial Controller will work closely with the business departments to ensure that departmental costs are under control
- Review budgets and actual spends and find reasons and corrective actions for variances
- Review business process and plans to find cost efficiency opportunities
- Evaluate and analyze business cases and spend proposals
- Help department create annual budgets
- Report to the CFO/Head financial controller with timely and accurate financial information
- Closely work with business departments and act as a finance SPOC for all matters
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Finance or a Chartered Accountant
- Post Qualification 5 yrs of experience into finance
- Should have good analytical and MS excel skills
- Accounting and auditing experience will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience and confirmed in services in Akasa Air
