Job Description
- Work with drawings specifications or instructions to operate and maintain all boilers chillers cooling towers air handling units heat pumps and pneumatic or electronic controls.
- Respond to emergency requests to eliminate unsafe or inefficient conditions.
- Install new equipment and modifies existing equipment to maintain humidity or temperature levels as required.
- Provide chemical control to chiller and boiler water to ensure efficient operation.
- Use preventive maintenance program to ensure that a wide variety of HVAC equipment is maintained on a regular basis and kept in good working order.
- Troubleshoot equipment and makes recommendations for replacement or redesign.
- Perform tests to monitor and report contamination levels of HVAC systems or waste.
- Use facility Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document all scheduled preventative maintenance tasks emergency maintenance and labor activities.

- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
- Four (4) or more years of industrial HVAC experience
- EPA 608 Certification
- Ability to push pull or lift over 50 pounds
- Ability to travel between Twin Cities facilities as needed (Shakopee Chanhassen and Eden Prairie)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- HVAC Degree or certificate
- Holds a valid Minnesota First Class C Boilers License or higher
