Posted: June 6 2025 Closed: June 20 2025Employment Opportunity: Floral Street SchoolPOSITION: Long-Term Substitute ESL/ELL Teacher2025-2026 School YearShrewsbury Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a Long-Term Substitute English Language Education Teacher for Floral Street School. This position would begin on August 25 2025 and will last through the end of November/beginning of December. The pay rate for this position is $280/day and this position is not eligible for are interested in candidates who are invested in the achievement equity and access of all learners in and beyond the with diverse racial ethnic cultural religious class and/or gender background and experiences are strongly encouraged to :Teaching license in English as a Second Language Grades K-4 through the Department of Elementary and Secondary EducationStrong knowledge of elementary school student needs and programming Exhibits the core values of Shrewsbury Public SchoolsWorks flexibly in a changing environmentBilingual is a plus!Application Process:Interested candidates should submit a cover letter resume official or unofficial copies of undergraduate/graduate transcripts license # or unofficial copy of license if applicable and three current professional letters of reference including one from a direct supervisor professor or apply via The Shrewsbury Public Schools is an affirmative action employer ensuring that its programs and facilities are accessible to the public.
