In this role you will draw upon your understanding of digital advertising technical product and business expertise to define and rapidly execute on cross-functional products in partnership with business and engineering leaders across Amazon Advertising. You will bring great customer focus the ability to rapidly prioritize and get things done.
Job Responsibilities: - Product Insights and Strategy - Identify new business opportunities and work customer backwards to define new products and initiatives that work at scale - Own key metrics and drive continuous improvement by working closely with engineering and other stakeholders - Stakeholder management - interface and influence your stakeholders balancing business needs vs. technical constraints and driving clarity in ambiguous situations - Interface with industry - interact with ad-tech companies and industry bodies to partner and drive key business objectives - Industry trends - stay on top of trends in the advertising identity and partner with key stakeholders to define and deliver programs to keep Amazon in the forefront of the online ads industry.

- 2 years of end to end product delivery experience - 5 years of technical product or program management experience - Bachelors degree - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
