Responsibilities

• Leads complex multi-disciplinary systems level design work in a product management team for vehicle cameras and sights
• Leads product requirement work at system requirement level in co-operation with lead product architect product manager technical product owners and project manager
• Leads tech. teams in development projects and technical discussions with customers
• Solve issues within product lifecycle management as well as keep technical specifications updated
• Leads technical part of quotations and RFI/RFQ
• Research specific technology advances for potential applications for company business needs.

Qualifications

• Broad technical depth and understanding within hardware and software
• Experience in leading technical teams to develop/implement hardware and software requirements (e.g. mechanical optics infrared electronics embedded systems AI)
• Experience in working with dynamic multi-functional teams
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tollgate-based project models
• Creative and open to new ideas flexible and adaptable personality and positive and optimistic mindset

Security Clearance

Due to the high-security demands of the defense industry you will need to undergo a background check. The person needs to be able to work in Sweden and we perform security background checks on all our employees. This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations). Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.

We prefer applicants who are okay with working on-site from the office in Arninge/Tby.
