Are you ready to take on a dynamic international role in Kongsberg Maritime Poland ( Szczecin)
Were looking for a proactive and highly organized Global Coordinator to join our Connected Services & Security (CS&S) team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our headquarters in Norway and lead cross-border collaboration that drives innovation and service excellence. In this role youll be responsible for helping to coordinate and align organizational activities within the Network and Cybersecurity domain across regions. Youll also support a growing team of Network and Cybersecurity specialists ensuring their efforts are seamlessly integrated and aligned with global objectives.
Your responsibilities
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Connected Services & security (CS&S) group working closely with the companys headquarters in Norway.
- Coordinate an international team ensuring smooth collaboration across regions.
- Delegate commercial tasks in cooperation with sister offices and internal/external stakeholders.
- Travel to the companys headquarters for business meetings and coordination.
- Monitor and manage systems such as Dynamics 365 CRM AX and other relevant platforms.
- Organize service trips for engineers including support with visa applications.
- Continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Handle daily inquiries from internal and external customers within the Global Customer Support department.
- Coordinate engineers vacation schedules and ensure proper team coverage.
- Monitor the validity of team certifications and professional licenses.
Our requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written) good to be at a C1 level.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive collaborative attitude with High level of professionalism and personal culture.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment and under time pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask independently.
- Proven ability to delegate tasks and plan team workloads efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven experience in working closely with clients
- Confidence in building and maintaining business relationships in an international setting.
- Flexibility and availability to work outside standard hours (via email phone etc.).
- Ability to take initiative act independently and take responsibility for results
- Proven skills in building and leveraging a strong network of contacts to achieve set goals
- Methodical and systematic approach to work ability to plan ahead set clear priorities and allocate resources effectively
- Excellent communication skills ability to convey information in a clear precise and structured manner
- Ability to work at the Kongsberg Maritime Poland office in Szczecin
