GD Mobile Security the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIMis seeking aGlobal head of Customer Project Managementto lead our global customer project operations within the Datacenter & Delivery is a key leadership role with both strategic and operational responsibilities providing functional guidance globally and direct team leadership in EMEA especially Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Global Functional Lead for Customer Project Management within the Datacenter & Delivery organization.
- Oversee the functional Customer Project Management team for the EMEA region and disciplinary lead the department in Spain.
- Manage the recruitment training and personal development of employees to enhance project management efficiency.
- End-to-end steering of customer projects coordinating with internal departments stakeholders customers and third parties.
- Develop refine and implement project management processes methods and tools.
- Proactively manage the Project Portfolio including the opportunity pipeline.
- Ensure clear and transparent reporting on portfolio and project status.
- Monitor and adjust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as necessary.
- Participate in annual budgetary and strategic planning.
- Conduct project reviews address escalations of critical projects and engage in management tasks with a strategic business focus.
- Ensure compliance with both global and local regulations including laws and company policies.
- Innovate and adapt working methodologies incorporating Agile practices and advanced collaboration tools.
Your Profile:
- Possess a university degree in a technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
- Having a minimum of 2 years of experience managing and leading a global team.
- Expertise in defining and executing Project Management Office tasks.
- Strong intercultural competencies to effectively collaborate with international and virtual project teams.
- Proficient in standard Project Management processes and methods including Agile.
- In-depth knowledge of Mobile Security specific products and project portfolio.
- Self-confident open-minded and professional demeanor.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English with proficiency in writing; additional language skills are advantageous.
