As aProduct Manager Electronics youll lead the development of innovative control systems for modern heating technologies like heat pumps solar gas and hybrid systems.
What Youll Do:
- Designing and specifying control functions and hardware for safe efficient system operation
- Collaborating with international suppliers and internal development teams
- Translating customer and system needs into technical solutions
- Integrating connectivity and cloud-based features into product designs
- Testing prototypes in lab and demo environments
- Supporting lab and field testing for control and electrical systems
- Creating technical documentation competitor analyses and component specs
- Ensuring quality and managing electronic components across the product lifecycle
What Were Looking For:
- Degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering
- 5 years of experience in product management ideally in energy systems or electronics
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of control systems energy management BMS communication protocols electronics and HVAC
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Fluent in German and English
- Hands-on detail-oriented and structured approach
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
