Senior Manager Risk Advisory - Marsh
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk & Compliance team at Marsh. This role can be based in anywhere Australia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Serve as a trusted advisor delivering strategic risk advisory services across Marsh Pacific and its related insurance entities.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks that could hinder organisational objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business landscape and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance risk management practices.
- Champion the integration of risk considerations into business processes and provide expert guidance on the implementation of the MMC Pacific Risk Management Framework.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and Line 1 business units to equip them with tools and resources for effective risk management.
What you need to have:
- University-level qualifications in finance law business management economics or equivalent.
- Experience in governance regulatory compliance or legal areas particularly within Australia New Zealand or the United Kingdom.
- Strong understanding of risk management systems compliance frameworks and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to provide strategic advice to senior executives and Board stakeholders regarding risk culture and compliance.
