Job Description
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at either the Arlington Austin or Houston office.
Note:Our client is hiring both mid-level and senior associates.
Bonuses: Typically range from an additional $20000 to $30000 on top of the salary listed in this ad.

Job Description:
- Work closely with firm partners on all aspects of litigation management
- Conduct document review and legal research
- Draft pleadings discovery dispositive motions and responses
- Take depositions and attend mediations
- Prepare for and attend trials and arbitrations
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Preferred but not required: experience in construction insurance defense or real estate law
- Strong legal research writing and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
