Job Duties and Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Under strict supervision performs repairs preventative maintenance calibration and inspections on down-hole tool and other equipment used in the application for down-hole tools.
Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe efficient and effective manner.
Areas of specialization may include mechanical aptitude interpretation of drawings/schematics use of precision measurements computer skills assembly and disassembly of tools associated with down-hole equipment.
Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
technical school certificate or higher is preferred.
Candidates with qualifications exceeding the minimum job requirements will be considered for higher-level positions based on their experience additional job requirements and current business needs. Depending on their education experience and skill level candidates may be eligible for a range of job opportunities including positions ranging from R&M Mechanical Technician I to R&M Mechanical Technician II.
