- 36500 per annum

Key duties include:
- Day-to-Day management of the site including colleague rotas stock control and health & safety compliance
- Drive a customer-first culture ensuring all colleagues have clear targets to work towards
- Responsible for meeting KPI Targets including sales & profitability
- Complete relevant paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems accurately

Skills & Experience:
- Managerial experience within the Commercial Fleet sector ideally in Tyre Fitting & Repair
- Experienced in leading and training teams of Technicians
- Committed to achieving targets maximising profit and ensuring a flawless customer experience every time
- Possess a full current driving licence
