The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years recruitment experience to join an experienced team who will support your development. This role will be a combination of sourcing and recruitment you will have the opportunity to recruit across all departments within one of the worlds leading insurance companys.

How you will create an impact

  • Work closely with senior members of the TA team to define sourcing strategies and generate relevant candidate pipelines for key strategic hires in the business.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and TA Partners to determine position requirements
  • Source engage and qualify active and passive candidates via direct sourcing utilizing social media and employee referrals
  • Utilize Beamery to keep at the forefront of talent identification and implement CRM tactics to engage and maintain diverse talent communities
  • Draft compelling adverts and social media posts to market our roles
  • Craft and deliver recruiting communication to external candidates
  • Telephone screen candidates
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Develop strong internal relationships across HR and the wider business
  • Develop your commercial insurance knowledge

What youll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience of managing a high volume of vacancies
  • Demonstrated experience of direct sourcing methodologies tools & techniques
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Strong initiative and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines on the fly in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to be creative and think outside the box
  • Willingness to learn
  • Workday experience advantageous
