Project Coordinator
Location : Yeadon Leeds
Salary 30000 p/a plus excellent benefits including a company bonus 20 days holiday plus stats and your birthday off.
Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join their team providing support to the Project Managers with administration and scheduling of works.
The ideal candidate will be a team player and demonstrate a passion for their work. The role requires a hardworking driven individual with a strong work ethic. Taking ownership and being proactive is essential in this role.
Project Coordinator responsibilities:
- Keep records of subcontractors inc SCAF forms DBS checks insurance etc
- Source new subcontractors as required
- Keep the project tracker and program of works up to date
- Communicate with subcontractors and project managers daily
- Gather daily reports from Project Managers
Requirements:
- Project Coordinator/scheduling experience
- Excellent administration skills
- Experience using scheduling and project management software
- Organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Adaptable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work off own initiative
