We are looking for a JuniorDigital Technology Lead Solutions & Programswho is passionate about science to join our Digital Technology (DT) Patient Solutions team based in our Slough office in the United Kingdom.
About the Role
You will participate and drive technology initiatives ensuring they align with Patient Solutions strategic priorities. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to accelerate scientific research through effective technology solutions while managing project execution.
Who Youll Work With
You will work closely with the Patient Solutions team including IT professionals and business stakeholders to understand the needs and opportunities for enhancing science and technology delivery. You will also collaborate with multi-disciplinary IT teams and lead initiatives that streamline and future-proof digital solutions in life sciences research.
What Youll Do
- Participate in projects and programs from planning through execution and closure
- Manage project scope and stakeholder expectations
- Drive decision-making to ensure successful delivery of advanced technology initiatives
- Lead meetings and inspire project teams
- Identify and explore opportunities for innovation in technology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen and future-proof digital infrastructure
Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills
- Masters degree in science or any relevant fieldwith 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Exposure to project and program management (e.g. internships previous roles)
- Understanding of pharma R&D processes and technology solutions
- Experience with scientific data management and analysis is a plus
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to prioritize plan and work independently
