Job Summary
In this position will be responsible for excellent in store execution of the 5Ps achievement of each KPI objectives (SoS OOS Speed to Market Promo compliance POP material and Display) and of Volume & Net Sales target on assigned direct customers Identifying business opportunities and manage regional customers in order to achieve net sales volume and margin targets.
Key Objectives
As responsible for the sale of the company to achieve significantly superior in store execution elevating the Field Force capabilities to deliver the must do on the 5 Ps and to maximize the execution of the new products at store level.
To manage with the maximum efficiency level the Regional Accounts assigned assuring the fulfillment of Colgate-Palmolive Commercial Selling Principles and generating partnership with them.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for reaching the assigned quantitative and qualitative sales objectives and 5Ps.
Ensure tight control of competitors activities and transmit public information internally.
Ensure that all reports are prepared on schedule. Ensure commercial processes are respected.
Design and implement a specific action plan per assigned point of sale and by regional Customers.
Execute subscribed commercial and promotional agreements with clients in POS: Planograms product references innovation promotional plans (Planned activity by CDT)
Develop manage and track a yearly Annual Operating Plan per assigned customer. Negotiate annual contracts with customers under their responsibility.
Plan Promotional Activities and Category Management projects closely to Retail Execution.
Analyze and track periodically Customers performance and forecast management (Base Sales Promotion Analysis and Return on Investment Innovation).
Prepare quarterly overview by customer: P&L Promotional Plans Category Management Supply Chain and SWAT
Planning and control of promotional and POS implementation budgets.
