These exciting tasks await you

• Management and development: You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a team of SAP consultants in the area of Sales & Logistics Excellence. You will inspire and coach your employees and be a role model in terms of passion for performance and teamwork.
• Expand project business: You continuously contribute to the expansion of the project business.
• Portfolio and partnerships: You represent the departments portfolio at customer presentations trade fairs events and with partners. You will also continue to expand our portfolio and deepen our partnerships with strategic partners.
• Presales and resource planning: You will provide support in presales and monitor resource planning.
• Further development: You are part of the divisional management team and represent the further development of your specialist topics in this committee. You will also continuously develop the skills and competencies of your team.

Your profile

• Management experience: You have demonstrable management experience in a similar position or in the context of projects.
• SAP expertise: Several years of professional experience in external SAP consulting with a focus on SAP MM.
• Team leadership: Experience in leading teams working remotely onsite and hybrid as well as familiarity with agile methods.
• Soft skills: Empathy team orientation enthusiasm strong communication skills persuasiveness and customer orientation characterize you.
• Presales and project management: Experience in presales and project management.
• Enthusiasm for development: Enjoy making a difference and developing your team.
• Language skills: Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
