The Opportunity
The Senior Compliance Officer will serve as a key figure within the Ethics & Anti-Corruption team focusing on the development implementation and oversight of compliance programs that align with international regulations and uphold the companys values.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for compliance topics including anti-corruption business partner screening conflict of interest gifts and invitations.
- Lead the development and execution of global ethics and anti-corruption policies ensuring adherence to the Groups Code of Ethics.
- Conduct corruption risk assessments and support on third party risk assessment
- managing all aspects of the ethics alert system (Integrity Line).
- compliance risk assessments and due diligence on third parties managing all aspects of the ethics alert system (Integrity Line).
- Oversee training programs on compliance matters ensuring high engagement and completion rates.
- Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.
- Collaborate with various departments including HR and Legal and report on compliance activities regularly.
- Guide the coordination of group compliance activities and support local compliance coordinators with urgent issues.

Qualifications (hard-skills)
- Masters degree in Law Ethics Compliance Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in ethics compliance or legal roles with 2 years in senior compliance positions
- Expert knowledge of global anti-corruption laws and regulations
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in financial services or technology sectors
- Good knowledge of MS-Office SharePoint is a plus

- Excellent professional oral and written skills in English are required. Professional knowledge of French or Dutch is desirable.
