Summary:

Provides support for all value streams within the plant. Support roles include Saw Briquetter Parser Job Coordinator Material Handler Receiving and Shipping.

Hours:

Second Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday some Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities:

• Properly complete required paperwork

• Participate in daily preventative maintenance and cleaning schedule

• Complete assigned support tasks

Minimum required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalency

• Basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication and division using whole numbers fractions and decimals

• Basic computer skills

• Strong focus on safety and quality initiatives

• Industrial manufacturing experience preferred

The ideal candidate possesses the following experience skills and abilities:

• Ability to work independently as well as contributing to the team

• Ability to read analyze and interpret drawings and blueprints

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written oral or diagram form

• Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations

• Ability to organize time effectively determine priorities and move work forward

• Understanding of basic metrology

• Knowledge of bearing isolators is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and suggest effective resolutions

• Strong communication skills

Work Arrangement : Onsote

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.60 per hour

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
