Note: This is a hybrid position requiring attorneys to be on-site 2-3 days a week at the Sacramento CA office.

Job Description
- Position: Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate
- Location: Sacramento CA (hybrid role)
- Focus: California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment
- 3 years of employment litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials writing and analytical skills
- Admitted to practice law in California
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Early responsibility and significant client contact
- Mentorship and training from highly respected attorneys
- Partner track available in as little as 2 years
- Competitive salary range: $170000 $200000 (based on experience and qualifications)
