Job Summary
Responsible for developing implementing and assessing strategies and programs that foster an effective workplace culture by collaborating with HR teams hospital leadership and employees to create an environment that values supports and ensures opportunities for all.
Essential Functions:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with the hospitals mission and values.
-Design and deliver training programs for employees and leaders promoting awareness and understanding.
-Work with recruitment teams to implement strategies that attract candidates and ensure an effective hiring process.
-Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and foster a collaborative work environment.
-Support the formation and activities of employee resource groups (ERGs) representing various communities and providing a platform for employee support and advocacy.
-Collaborate with external organizations and community partners to engage in related initiatives and events.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree required Masters preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facilitation teaching and coaching Employee Enrichment related topics.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth understanding of relevant principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with current trends in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to champion organizational efforts and drive change within the organization.
- Ability to collaborate with HR teams hospital leaders and employee groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels hospital leadership and external partners.
