- Supervise swimmers to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain constant surveillance of the pool and surrounding deck areas.
- Administer basic first aid and CPR as needed (training provided by employer).
- Assist with pool opening and closing procedures including cleaning setup and equipment checks.
- Promptly report safety concerns incidents or maintenance needs to supervisor.
- Participate in regular in-service trainings and safety drills.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
