Part-Time Marketing Support (Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage)
Location: Plano TX (hybrid 12 days per week onsite)
Part-Time Up to 20 hours per week
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Duration: Approximately 3.5 months
Reports to: Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Part-Time Marketing Support Specialist to temporarily assist our marketing department during an upcoming maternity leave. This is a part-time hybrid position with flexible hours and an opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives across demand generation social media and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation
- Execute end-to-end program management for demand generation campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and develop reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to boost visibility and audience engagement
- Design visually appealing content and write copy for posts across all social media platforms
Internal Sales Enablement
- Manage weekly sales enablement webinars to share key updates with global Sales Sales Engineers and Product Line Management teams
What Were Looking For
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign performance metrics
- Experience managing business social media accounts and creating branded content
- Proficiency in designing visuals and writing compelling copy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
