MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and produce marketing materials for various platforms:
Social media assets (Instagram Facebook)
Event materials (Eventbrite layouts event signage)
Email marketing templates (Handshake Gmail)
Print collateral (brochures flyers thank you cards stickers)
Revamp and update digital presence:
Portal page redesign
Social media profile optimization
Create PEEPswag and promotional items
Expand visual assets for PEEP while working within the CCA brand
In collaboration with CCAs Lead Designer ensure all marketing materials adhere to institutional brand guidelines.
Collaborate with PEEP team members on project requirements and timelines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in graphic design digital design or related field
High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills
Experience with digital and print design
Required Skills:
Maintain organized files for seamless team collaboration
Stay current with design trends tools and technologies to bring fresh ideas.
Engage in creative reviews and implement constructive feedback
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The range for this position is $25-$28/hour
CCA offers a comprehensive benefits package including the choice of five medical plans generous holiday sick & vacation time a retirement match and tuition remission. CCA covers an average of 91% of the medical plan cost for the employee only and an average of 82% for employees with dependents. More information can be found here: DETAILS:
CCA considers a full-time work week to be 37.5 hours per week.
