This position encapsulates the dynamic intersection of technology and financial transparency within a forward-thinking organization. The Information Technology Financial TransparencyLeader is a pivotal strategic role responsible for designing and executing innovative solutions that enhance financial transparency within the organization. This role integrates advanced technology operational analytics and financial forecasting strategies to ensure resources are effectively allocated to achieve organizational objectives drive efficiency and support sustainable growth.

Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day

  • Financial Transparency: Oversee technology financial data management and integrity ensuring information is accurate accessible and actionable for stakeholders.

  • Data-Driven Forecasting: Partner with leaders in Finance and Global Technology & Operations (GTO) to execute robust forecasting models that combine workforce data financial performance and operational metrics.

  • Process Improvement: Partner with process excellence teams to identify and understand opportunities to improve streamline and automate technology processes and incorporate into workforce planning.

  • Demand Management & Measurement: Partner with adjacent functions to drive demand management processes for prioritization value measurement and reporting.

  • Technology Integration: Identify opportunities in the current state to streamline data collection analysis reporting and partner across GTO to implement those solutions.

  • Operational Dashboards: Design and maintain real-time dashboards to provide visibility into capacity performance and financial health.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT Finance HR and Operations teams to align forecasts with business goals and technology initiatives.

  • Executive Reporting: Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership supporting strategic decision-making and mitigating risks.

  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with Finance to drive innovation in forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency through analytics automation and best practices.

  • Leadership Development: Build and mentor a high-performing cross functional/virtual team fostering collaboration accountability and innovation.

  • Compliance: Ensure all financial and operational processes adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The Skills & Expertise You Bring

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Business Information Technology or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations or financial planning including at least 5 years in leadership roles within the insurance or financial services industry.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Proficiency with financial software forecasting tools and data analytics platforms.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.

    • Proven expertise in workforce planning financial modeling and operational improvement.

    • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Head of Strategic Operations and Growth Initiatives in Global Technology and Operations (GTO) and collaborates closely with the Finance HR Process Excellence and the GTO senior leadership team to align technology workforce and financial strategies with enterprise-wide goals.

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $185100.00 to $250500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.
