Job Description

Dakota County Technical College seeks an unlimited full-time Dental Assistant Instructor dedicated to excellence in teaching who desires to become part of a creative vibrant student-centered learning community. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to interdisciplinary and cross-cultural perspectives. Faculty members at Dakota County Technical College are professionally active scholars who participate in departmental and campus-wide activities to enhance their disciplines promote interdisciplinary discourse and collaboration and advance the college mission.   • Instructor is responsible for all activities related to teaching and learning including but not limited to: instructional planning curriculum development student evaluation and records classroom/climate preparation and management interpersonal relations promote safety in all aspects of program activities participate in professional development experiences work as an effective team member of the department maintenance of professional skills and credentials and participate on college.

  • Assignment will start on August 20 2025.

    Salary Range:

    $44144.00 - 96906.00 Annually (Based upon 1.0 FTE of 32 credits per years. Pay will be prorated based upon credit load).
    * Salary placement is determined on the basis of education and experience and in accordance with the
    2024 - 2025 MSCF Contract and conducted by the Minnesota State System Office.
