You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a friendly and organized part-time showroom receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area and customer lounge
-Assist customers with their needs and get them where they need to go
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Perform administrative tasks as needed including data entry and filing
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
**Schedule:**
Monday- Friday 4:00-8:00 pm Saturday 8:30-6:00pm
Part-Time
