ING Australia is on the search for Delivery lead to join the team! This role is a key in the tribe responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of the programs across the tribe. This includes the technical design development testing and deployment.
In this position you will lead the delivery of the key programs in the tribe working with the IT
Area Lead Tribe Lead Product Owners Architects Squad and external vendors to deliver with high quality on time within scope and budget.

What youll do
Drive end-to-end deliveryby managing scope development testing and implementation.
Prioritize and maintain the product backlogto ensure alignment with business goals.
Facilitate agile ceremoniesand promote the One Way of Working (OWoW) culture.
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendorsto align deliverables and manage dependencies.
Monitor team performance and risksto ensure timely high-quality and budget-conscious delivery.
What are we looking for
Hands-on Agile delivery experience managing complex projects from start to finish.
Strong technical and analytical skills with deep understanding of banking systems and back-office processes.
Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager across teams vendors and geographies.
Proven track record in project delivery with 3 years in financial services and international environments.
Self-motivated leader with coaching skills and a proactive approach to driving results.
