Job Description

As the Account Executive Technology Solutions in the pharmaceutical sector you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing our market presence. Leveraging your expertise in technology sales you will be responsible for understanding client needs crafting compelling solutions and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Working with a high-performing sales team providing guidance support and motivation to drive individual and collective success.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development and customer success initiatives.

Solution Selling:

  • Showcase in-depth knowledge of Business Intelligence and AI technologies tailored to the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and propose customized solutions that address their specific needs.

  • Conduct product demonstrations presentations and workshops to articulate the value proposition of our technology stack.

Sales Operations:

  • Manage and update opportunities and data in to ensure sales pipeline accuracy.

  • Coordinate with customers to complete agreements SOWs and confirm project deliveries.

  • Track and validate monthly invoicing amounts liaising with customers and the invoicing team.

  • Improve and streamline sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and predictability.

Collaborative Partnerships:

  • Foster strong partnerships with technology vendors ensuring access to the latest advancements and maintaining a competitive edge.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on market feedback and evolving industry needs.


Key Requirements:

  • Proactiveness self-organization strong communication skills ability to establish relations with business decision makers.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry understanding its unique challenges and opportunities would be a plus

  • Proven track record of success in technology sales with a focus on CRM Business Intelligence and AI solutions.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Self motivated with the ability to navigate in a global organization

  • Fluent in Polish and English
