To derive Insurance Business from assigned team in the Defence affinity from the allocated cantts. To ensure all the pre and post sales support and services to the defence clients along with the team. Ensure not only achieving the target but also to make sure there is a consistent growth in the business every quarte
- New captive channel thats being set up where and requires a lot of efforts in setting up the people process and structure.
- High attrition of the front-line sales force and limited availability of quality talent
- We being a late mover in the cantt hence relationship building has to be spearheaded in its true sense by this role
- Motivating & driving a team of contractual & variable Parakram Managers as both would have different drivers
