- The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors setting the tone forthe professional atmosphere of a real estate office.
- This role encompasses a blend of administrative support and client interaction ensuring smoothoffice operations and contributing to a positive client experience.
- By managing communications scheduling appointments and providing general information this role plays an integral part in facilitating the flow of information between clients and real estate professionals.
- Their efforts support the offices efficiency and help maintain an organized client-focused environment makingthem an essential component of the real estate teams daily function.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner as they enter the office ensuring apositive first impression of the real estate firm.
2- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic informationwhen needed ensuring effective communication channels.
3- Handle the distribution and dispatch of incoming and outgoing mail and courierservices for the office ensuring timely receipt and delivery.
4- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for property listings clientinformation and other important documents ensuring confidentiality and ease ofaccess.
5- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies including ordering new supplies and scheduling repairs to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
6- Coordinate open house events including the preparation of promotional materialssignage and refreshments ensuring successful property showcasing.
