About the role
The Global Business Development Officer plays a key role in supporting the development and implementation of international education initiatives global partnerships and student mobility programs. The position assists in managing international projects tracking progress and ensuring alignment with university policies and strategic objectives. Acting as key liaison between internal and external stakeholders the role supports partnership coordination stakeholder engagement and the effective administration of mobility programs as well as event coordination.
You will:
provide administrative and operational support including program promotion logistics reporting and providing advice and information to prospective incoming and outgoing students;
coordinate and support the administration of international sponsor programs and sponsored students;
coordinate and contribute to the management of international education projects tracking progress timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery; and
contribute to the preparation and coordination of partnership agreements reports and stakeholder communications.
About you
Reporting to the Executive Director Global you will possess a strong understanding of tertiary education internation education and global partnership management. You will possess the ability to coordinate and manage projects prioritising task and meeting deadlines to ensure a successful delivery.
You will possess:
high-level analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare reports briefing papers and recommendations to support decision-making;
proven ability to liaise effectively with government agencies industry partners educational institutions and internal stakeholders;
excellent customer service skills with ability to engage with diverse cultural groups and demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with international stakeholders and
demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
