Job Description
Group Facilitator PT

is where action meets purpose.
As a Groups Facilitator for groups you will recruit participants and conduct groups that promote protective factors and family strengthening strategies in Tarrant County and in surrounding rural counties. In this role you will be trained in evidence-based groups such as Parent Cafes WoW Talk youth cafes Nurturing Families and other developmental skill-based groups such as Music in Motion and Healthy Eating and Reading. This role you need to be an effective communicator have a friendly and welcoming disposition exhibit flexibility and be an exceptional team player. You will need to demonstrate trauma-informed culturally and linguistically competent relationship-building to be successful in this role.
Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma/GED
Preferences: Spanish-speaking Associated Degree or Bachelors Degree
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers License
