Turner Industries is looking for several Manufacturing Facility Maintenance Mechanics for a site in Galena Park TX. Successful candidates will be local and have experience in all aspects of maintaining and repairing various pieces of automated packaging and production equipment in a Packaging and Manufacturing facility.
- Valve troubleshooting and repair. 1/2 up to 10 valves screw pipe and welded
- Experience with Actuators (electric and Pneumatic driven)
- Experience with case erectors and de-palletizers
- Experience with high-speed fillers
- Electrical control troubleshooting and repair
- Electrical distribution
- Electric motors removal/replacement/alignment
- Gear box assembly installation and removal/replacement
- Pump repair (diaphragm and centrifugal)
- Air compressors
- Conveyor belt repair
- Pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair
- Hydraulic systems troubleshooting and repair
- General basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and background
- Problem solving through inductive and deductive reasoning
- Fabrication
- Welding is a plus
- Robotics experience is a plus
- MUST have a valid drivers license
