Our Team
The Product Management team at VistaPrint is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and experiences that exceed customer expectations. As part of the Consumer/Stationery subdomain we collaborate with various teams across the business to introduce new products optimize existing ones and leverage data-driven insights to enhance our offerings. Our mission is to provide high-quality innovative solutions to our customers while continuously improving and evolving our product portfolio.
What You Will Do
- Assist the Product Manager in implementing the portfolio strategy for the assigned category.
- Develop and launch new products in alignment with the overall category strategy.
- Conduct product development activities including sourcing and costing with manufacturing partners.
- Perform financial reporting and analysis including NPI weekly reports and sales performance tracking.
- Support monthly quarterly and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Operations Merchandising Creative Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product execution.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing products for improved customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning and product enhancements.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer care and internal teams regarding product-related queries.
- Participate in key meetings including product team discussions business reviews manufacturing updates and go-to-market planning.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to a team.
- Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and formulas.
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Understanding of strategic thinking and financial modeling.
- Meticulous with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work a night shift (Australian Hours 9 AM - 5 PM).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Jira project management system.
- Exposure to Looker reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of stock and sales forecasting.
