The Opportunity

We are looking for a new team member to join us as a Controller in the Workforce Management (WFM) department within the Transformation & Performance division of our global business line Merchant Services (GBL MS). You will support the WFM Controlling Manager and own the reporting forecasting and planning processes for your assigned scope (one or several MS divisions depending on their size).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly FTE reporting and analysis and communicate staffing updates to Operations Heads and Financial Controllers
  • Support planning activities (monthly forecasts budgets 3-year plans) in collaboration with Operations and Finance
  • Ensure data quality and alignment between HR (MyHR/SuccessFactors) and Finance systems including post-org change cleanups
  • Coordinate with MS WFM teams on resource monitoring subcontractor managementand KPI tracking
  • Handle ad-hoc data requests and analysis for WFM Controlling HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders

Who Are We Looking For

  • Full English proficiency
  • At least 4 years of controlling experience in an international environment with proven track record
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure deal with short deadlines and changing priorities
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects Analysis for Office (AfO) would be a plus
  • Strong academic background; preferably a degree in finance/controlling economics management or related
