Salary: OTE 40000 per annum

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing property sales from instruction through to completion
- Conducting viewings and securing offers
- Negotiating sales and maintaining client relationships
- Working to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Providing outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential property sales
- Well-presented and professional demeanour
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Intelligent articulate and commercially aware
- Ambitious driven and highly motivated
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Local knowledge of Leatherhead / Horsley and surrounding areas (preferred)
