We are looking for a Media Buyer / Operations Manager with a strong technical background to join our fast-growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DSPs or other media buying platforms and be ready to manage and optimize advertising campaigns while also supporting the technical operations behind them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch manage and scale advertising campaigns through DSPs or other media buying platforms (e.g. DV360 TheTradeDesk)
- Analyze performance run A/B tests and implement data-driven optimizations
- Automate and improve internal processes (create SOPs streamline workflows)
- Handle tracking setup pixel implementation and API integrations
- Collaborate with creative analytics and development teams
- Ensure technical accuracy and operational efficiency of campaign

Requirements :
- 2 years of experience as a Media Buyer or Operations Manager in the digital marketing space
- Hands-on experience with DSPs or similar programmatic/media buying platforms
- Strong technical background (understanding of tracking systems APIs pixel-based attribution etc.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytical tools
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Upper-intermediate (B2 or higher level of English
Nice to Have:
- Experience with fraud detection tools or anti-fraud systems
- Background in mobile advertising (in-app SDK-based traffic)
- Knowledge of programmatic media buying processes
