Job Description: Railway Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all phases of railway projects ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Sales & Government Relations: Act as the main liaison between the company and government entities fostering strong partnerships to facilitate project approvals and compliance.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets including cost estimation resource allocation and financial reporting in adherence to company policies and government regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all railway projects comply with government standards codes and regulations.
- Travel: Regularly travel to project sites government offices and other relevant locations to align on-site operations with project goals and government requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering business administration or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the railway or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of government regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
