Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy AI Automation Specialist & Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n and a strong grasp of the latest AI tools and a passion for teaching. This role involves both developing automation solutions and training our students to leverage these tools effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Development: Design develop and implement automation workflows using tools like n8n and to optimize internal processes and client solutions.
- AI Tool Integration: Stay updated with the latest AI tools and technologies integrating them into our curriculum and internal projects.
- Training & Mentorship: Conduct training sessions workshops and one-on-one mentorship for students focusing on practical applications of AI and automation tools.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to develop and update course materials ensuring content remains current with industry trends.
- Project Oversight: Guide students through hands-on projects providing technical support and ensuring successful project completion.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree.
- 2 4 years of experience in software development with a focus on automation and AI tools.
- Proficiency in automation platforms like n8n and .
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications in digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a teaching or training role(Bonus).
- Certifications in relevant AI or automation tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.
