Job Description

Position Title: Business Development Executive
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 1pm 5pm or 2pm 6pm PHT
Salary: Php25000 Php30000
Holidays: UAE Holidays

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. If you are a person who thrives on connecting with people and is passionate about promoting products or services.
You will be responsible or involved with the end-to-end sales process with potential customer from making initial contact pitching the client s product/services making outbound calls and doing followups generating leads when needed and up to closing. We are looking for someone persuasive resilient and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


JOB DESCRIPTION AS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE


Your Responsibilities as Business Development Executive will be:

Perform End to End sales process including "closing" of deals/ businesses
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by establishing strong relationships with prospects
. Sending email campaigns through mailchimp to prospective customers
Making followups through email calls or chat to previous leads in the client s database
Making outbound calls to leads and prospect clients
Develop and maintain a lead database in CRM software(Hubspot) ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Set up meetings between qualified leads and the client as needed
Track and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
Continuously improve lead generation strategies by leveraging data and feedback.


Qualifications as Business Development Executive:


2-3 years of proven experience as a BDE or a similar role.
Proficiency with Linkedin Sales Navigator
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to engage with diverse set of prospective leads and prospective clients
End to End Sales Experience with both B2B and B2C setup and proven experience as "Closer"
Proficient with Hubspot CRM and email marketing tools such as mailchimp
Experience working with international clients from UAE Europe US etc. is highly desirable
Experience offering online courses or similar product/services
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Strong interponsal skills resilient and someone used to working in a fast-paced working environment
