We re now looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Manager to lead our influencer strategy and elevate our brand visibility and engagement.
As Senior Influencer Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-performing influencer strategy across multiple markets. You will work closely with communications content and marketing teams as well as external partners to identify top talent drive impactful collaborations and ensure seamless campaign execution aligned with overall brand goals.
Strategic Development: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive influencer strategy collaborating with internal stakeholders to define influencer roles goals and KPIs.
Talent Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with social-first influencers and content creators advising on creative deliverables and coordinating timelines.
Agency Coordination: Evaluate and manage influencer agencies supporting the development of briefs guidelines and campaign protocols.
Trend & Audience Insights: Conduct in-depth research into audience behaviors preferences and influencer trends to guide selection and content planning.
Content Activation: Identify and respond to social trends and cultural moments deploying timely influencer campaigns that drive engagement.
Campaign Oversight: Monitor manage and analyze influencer campaigns using tools such as CreatorIQ and Sprinklr delivering insights and performance reports.
Best Practice Alignment: Offer guidance on influencer strategies to ensure alignment with brand messaging campaign goals and global standards.
Innovation & Tools: Stay ahead of industry developments adopting new platforms and technologies to improve influencer program efficiency and impact.
Ecosystem Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships with key players in the influencer space including agencies platforms and talent networks.
8 years of experience in social or digital media with a focus on influencer marketing.
Strong experience managing influencer campaigns across Instagram TikTok and YouTube.
Demonstrated success working directly with content creators talent agents and digital agencies.
Proven ability to lead large-scale and bespoke influencer collaborations.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for pop culture social trends and digital communities.
Proficiency with tools such as Sprinklr CreatorIQ or similar influencer management and social listening platforms.
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field.
